VirtualBox 3.2.6 – can’t install Windows 7 64bit (Status: 0xc000022

I couldn’t install 64-bit Windows 7 on VirtualBox 3.2.6 (running on Fedora 12).
I was getting “Status: 0xc000022″.

The solution was to enable both IO APIC and PAE/NX.
